Custom Home Painting

This listing is for a custom watercolor home portrait.

The current sizes available are 8 x 10 inches, 9 x 12 inches, 11 x 14 inches, or 12 x 16 inches on arches cold press 140 lb paper. (unframed)

We will request photos and specific requests (dogs, flowers, patio furniture, etc.) as soon as you purchase. We need a photo from the specific angle you would like the painting of and a set of close up photos for details and color.

Custom orders are nonrefundable.

Please contact us directly at seashols@carrieandseash.com if you need your painting by a particular date. We do our best to accommodate specific timelines. We are normally booked 8 - 12 weeks out.

If you would like your painting within 4 weeks there is an additional $200 rush fee.
